ALREADY SINCE 2018 OUR PARTNER 1.FSV MAINZ 05 FROM THE CAPITAL OF RHINELAND-PALATINATE ACTIVATING THE SISTER CITY INITIATIVE BETWEEN MAINZ AND LOUISVILLE WITH VARIOUS ACTIVITIES.

Last week the cooperation jumped to another level. We are so thankful for the Office For Globalization - Louisville Metro Government and World Affairs Council of Kentucky and Southern Indiana visited the camp and coaching clinics the first time!

During the 05er-Camp an intensive exchange took place and Nico Sahm, Head of youth academy scouting at Mainz 05, presented a jersey to the delegation. "We are delighted about the renewed success of our activities and that there is now also huge interest on the part of the city to support us.

As a Bundesliga club, Mainz 05 is an outstanding representative of the city of Mainz and enlivens this city partnership with a lot of quality, passion and know-how. We are thrilled about the cooperation and the opportunities it will create for both sides“, said Barnard Baker from Global FC Louisville.

There are many new opportunities and soccer as a unifying force forms a fantastic bridge to fill such partnerships with unique content. We are looking forward to much more activities 2023 and can’t wait to see the a youth team of our partner Global Sporting Club of Kentucky in Germany next year.
