TOWARDS THE END OF THEIR DIGITAL COACHING PROGRAM IN THE US, ARMINIA HAD ANOTHER HIGHLIGHT PLANNED FOR THE PARTICIPANTS.
Former Bundesliga-player and Arminia legend Tom Schütz joined the call last Sunday and shared his insights into the life of a pro player as well as a development coach at Akademinia. The challenges for youth players joining the first team or the necessary mindset of a player coming back from an injury were only a few topics the coaches were able to discuss.
"A big thanks to Arminia Bielefeld and Tom Schütz for this opportunity. Numerous coaches, including coaches from other clubs and academies, are taking up this great opportunity and we are very happy about the great feedback," said Digger Hawkins of the Midwest Premier Academy.
The five-week digital development program will be concluded next Sunday by former professional player Renè Müller, director sports U16-U19 at Akademinia.
